Nutrition Therapy for Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating
Working together one on one, we determine relevant nutrition, behavior and medical information from you. We will identify realistic weight and health goals, choosing the best path moving forward for you. Whether you are stepping down from a higher-level of care or starting your recovery with one of our dietitians, we will work with you (and your loved ones, if appropriate) on:
- Stabilizing eating patterns
- Learning to listen to your body’s wants and needs
- Preparing adequate meals and snacks
- Decreasing distress related to your relationship with food and body
We will coordinate care with your treatment team and/or help you find the right fit.
Individual Counseling For Medical Conditions
We also provide weight-inclusive medical nutrition therapy for conditions including Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Diabetes and blood sugar issues and Heart Disease.
Working together, we customize a nutrition plan just for you. We will review and design sample menus, review shopping tips and meal preparation, as well as exercise guidelines for your health.
Intuitive And Mindful Eating Individual Counseling

Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to health and wellness and encourages an individual to be in tune with their body and the signals it sends. It allows them to challenge chronic food rules and heal their relationship with food.
The foundation of Intuitive Eating is to be able to honor the body’s signals of hunger and fullness. Someone who is an intuitive eater can eat when they’re hungry, and stop when satisfied, with the unconditional permission to eat what is desired.
Pre-teen, Adolescent and College Nutrition
Teens have unique nutrition needs. Our services run from counseling on topics such as vegetarianism, body image and exercise, emotional eating, PCOS, nutrition for sports and overall healthy eating is provided.
Sports Nutrition Counseling
We help athletes of all ages and at all levels — from recreational to elite — to perform their best with adequate nutrition and energy intake.
We help translate the latest scientific evidence into practical sports nutrition recommendations for kids, teens and their parents, college-aged athletes as well as adults.
Athletes don’t need to be diagnosed with an eating disorder to experience adverse physical, emotional and athletic consequences if they aren’t eating enough to support their physical needs. We can help provide adequate fueling and hydration strategies.

As society actively tells people that being younger and thinner is the beauty ideal, it becomes increasingly difficult for people to embrace their bodies throughout the aging process.
Eating disorders, disordered eating and/or chronic dieting are common during the midlife and menopausal transition.
It is painful to process these changes while trying to heal your relationship with your body. We can help with individual nutrition counseling as well as group programs.
