You know what today is? It’s my Birthday! And I fully intend to have my cake and EAT IT TOO!! When we restrict and deprive ourselves of foods we love, we tend to fixate and obsess over them more than ever! And when we do allow ourselves even a taste of that food, we go crazy, eat tons of it and feel guilty!
