This is an introductory e-course to give you an idea of what intuitive eating can look like.

Whether you are recovered/recovering from an eating disorder or struggling with yo-yo dieting, trying to learn how to work with the changes of your body as you head into menopause and beyond, you will find the common sense in learning to be "attuned" with your body.

The program consists of five modules that give you a good foundation of what Intuitive Eating is and how it works.
We cover topics such as why diets don't work, how to get started with Intuitive Eating, and what mindful eating is all about.
You will learn how to make peace with food and your food practices as well as tips on understanding hunger, satisfaction and fullness.
