Discover The Steps To a Value-Driven Life where you ENJOY Food And CARE for Your Changing Body… Without Fear or Shame.
Food. Family. Friends.
These three things can be some of the most trying roadblocks in your path to Intuitive Eating.
This year… don’t go it alone! We will be there to help you manage and cope during Thanksgiving, Hannukah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year’s Eve and Day …
These holidays are some of the most challenging times for our clients and group members.
Navigating the times when others make you doubt yourself is so much easier with a pro and a cheering squad of peers in your corner are there … supporting you when diet culture rears its head more than ever.

We are there for you!
- We are there when “Aunt Sally” comments on your nutritional habits and makes you feel insecure about eating food!
- We are there to help you manage comments about your weight or your body at the dinner table.
- We are there to be ready for those times when well-meaning friends or family members share the “best way” for you to lose weight or look better.
- We are there to help you manage the emotional and stress eating and feelings.

Most importantly…
You will discover and enjoy freedom, as you give yourself permission to make food and movement choices from a place of self-care, not self-control.
You will know how to live without depending on food to manage your emotions, knowing how to enjoy food and nurture yourself emotionally as part of eating (not instead of eating).
Our group runs from November 2022 to January 2023, so that we can be there with you through these challenging times - the HOLIDAYS!

Read what others have to say about learning Intuitive Eating Skills…
Erica Leon’s course changed my life. I learned about the amazing way my body adapts during midlife, and that these changes are normal.
I truly gave up the diet mentality. I threw away all of the diet foods and tools including FINALLY the scale. I’m feeling great and eating what I want in quantities my body needs. It’s been great.
I feel more confident in my body, and able to make choices (even around the holidays) that are right for me. Learning to trust myself around food, I discovered, affected other areas of my life as well.
To get the most out of the Help For the Holidys program, you need to be:
Ready to learn and practice with the coping tools and skills we share.
- Open-minded to new ways of thinking about food
- DONE with diets and diet culture and are ready to challenge the Thin Ideal of what a body “should” look like!
… and, guess what? A Real Body Looks Just Like Yours!
In return, we promise you the most powerful, proven path to finding Food, Freedom and Body Peace… forever.
Investing in yourself now will pay you back for the rest of your life!
These lessons are the same foundations we offer our private nutrition counseling clients but at a fraction of the cost of private nutrition counseling.
We want to be sure the program is the right option for you,
so registration is by application only.
STILL NOT SURE THIS IS THE PROGRAM FOR YOU?
Here are the most often-asked questions folks have about the program…
What if I cannot make the calls at that time?
The group calls with Rebecca and fellow members are the meat of this program and are what participants have always valued the most. If you cannot make the calls live, we suggest you consider taking our self-study Intuitive Eating Essentials course.
I've tried intuitive eating before but it's so hard to make it work.
Intuitive Eating can be hard to embrace when you are going at it alone. Therefore we have specific activities to do each week and why we mail you a copy of the Intuitive Eating Workbook… because we are going to work with you! To help you practice these skills and develop the habits that become second nature to you and turn into lifelong habits.
I've heard you gain weight with intuitive eating because you can eat everything. I'm scared of gaining more weight.
There is a misconception out there that Intuitive Eating means you eat everything and anything. This is not so. Intuitive Eating helps you to learn the difference between hunger, fullness and satisfaction and reintroduces pleasure and joy into your eating experiences. Intuitive eating can help you discover which foods are nourishing for your unique body.
Try and remember that your fear of weight gain has kept you stuck on the never-ending diet cycle of restricting, then overeating, and probably gaining more weight with each new dieting attempt!
I've tried groups before, but they were filled with people who were younger, thinner and had very different issues than I did.
This is a group for women over 40, 50 and 60, and the reason you need to book a call with Erica before joining the program. Erica makes every effort possible to bring together people with similar food and body image concerns. You are not alone, and there is power in coming together as a group of women who all face similar challenges.
What if I'm not over 40, can I join this group?
This group is for women over 40 so that members can have support from others at the same stage in life and experiencing similar body and nutrition challenges.
If you are looking for similar support, reach out to Erica and book a time to talk and find a solution that will best help you.
What if I've never been on a diet but struggle with emotional eating, will this group help me?
Yes! When you turn to food to manage your emotions and cope with stressful situations, Intuitive Eating is one of the best ways to manage your feelings directly and learn new coping tools other than food.
Should I join if I still want to lose weight?
The concept of letting go of diets and using a non-diet approach can be scary, especially for women who have only ever used diets for intentional weight loss. Know that we have tremendous empathy for how challenging it is to exist in in this weight-centric (and weight phobic) world, particularly for those in marginalized bodies. We help our clients reach for health-promoting behaviors rather than focusing on the scale as a measure of progress. If you are not ready to stop restricting your foods to promote weight loss, this program is not the right fit for you.
If you are ready to learn the proven steps to Survive and THRIVE during the Holidays, we’d love to have you in our group.
The support and training in our programs are built on the concepts in the ground-breaking book, Intuitive Eating and the NEW Intuitive Eating Workbook, by Evelyn Tribole, MS, RDN and Elyse Resch, MS, RDN.
You learn practical steps, coping tools and develop the habits and skills needed to be a lifelong Intuitive Eater.
