Listen in to the video below as Dietitian, Rebecca Stetzer shares how she helps people change their relationship with food and their body image.

Rebecca specializes in weight-inclusive nutrition therapy counseling for a variety of health conditions, but primarily eating disorders and disordered eating/body image concerns, gastrointestinal disorders, family and child feeding concerns, and cardiovascular conditions.

Rebecca struggled herself with eating and body image issues as a teen which led her to pursue nutrition and dietetics in college. She zigzagged her way through a variety of positions in different areas of nutrition before she had the opportunity to specialize in eating disorders & disordered eating. The time she spent in other areas of healthcare gave her great knowledge that she uses in her current practice.

In addition to her education in nutrition, Rebecca has undergone training in Family-Based Treatment for eating disorders (FBT), she is a Be Body Positive facilitator, and she is currently working on her master’s degree in mental health counseling.

Rebecca loves connecting with people and hearing about their life experiences because while we all have similarities, each person has a unique story. In addition, she gets to explore what individuals want for themselves in their relationship with food & their bodies and help them attain that. Rebecca’s approach is meeting people where they are currently, & together developing a path to their goals.
