Grilled Cheese

  • 4 Slices of bread: any type
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 slices cheese
    • Basic
      • American
      • Cheddar
      • Mozzarella
      • Swiss
    • Fancy
      • Brie
      • Goat
      • Provolone
      • Asiago
      • Gruyere
  • Optional: tomato, pesto, spinach, chicken, turkey


  • Take 2 slices of bread and add cheese and any optional fillings inside. Butter both sides of the bread. Place in a buttered pan and cook on both sides until brown. Enjoy.
