This simple grilled cheese recipe can be a great, nutritious meal or snack.
- 4 Slices of bread: any type
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 slices cheese
- Optional: tomato, pesto, spinach, chicken, turkey
- Take 2 slices of bread and add cheese and any optional fillings inside. Butter both sides of the bread. Place in a buttered pan and cook on both sides until brown. Enjoy.
